Oral Presentation Guideline

Please review the guidelines below carefully and prepare your presentation accordingly.

Oral presentations provide an opportunity for presenters to share their findings with conference attendees in a concurrent session format. Presenters are expected to deliver a clear, well-organized presentation that communicates the key aspects of their research.
Please prepare your oral presentation file and follow the submission instructions below:

Important Dates & Deadlines

● Presentation File Submission Window: May 15 – May 31, 2026
● Submission Deadline: May 31, 2026

How to Upload Your Presentation File

1. Starting May 15, 2026, your submission status in the system will automatically change from "Approved" to "Draft" to allow you to upload your presentation file.
2. Once the status is "Draft," you will be able to upload your presentation file directly to the portal.
3. Please submit both Microsoft Office PowerPoint (.pptx format) and PDF files to the submission system.
4. Save your file name as Theme number_Acceptance ID_Name of presenter.
Example: Theme 1_O-0001_John Doe.pptx
Theme 1_O-0001_John Doe.pdf
5. Hit “Submit” and ensure your file is uploaded by the May 31 deadline.
6. Please note that no changes to presentation files will be permitted after submission.
7. Submissions of presentation files received after 11:59 PM (GMT+7) on May 31, 2026, will not be included in the conference.

General Requirements

• We encouraged you to use conference-provided PowerPoint templates for oral presentation, which are available for download on the conference website at: https://nursesassociation.or.th/document-download/.
• All content must be written and presented in grammatically correct English. Presenters are solely responsible for the accuracy and integrity of all content presented.
• Presenters must strictly adhere to the assigned presentation schedule.

All oral presentations must be uploaded, in the required format and according to the specified file naming conventions, via the abstract submission system by May 31, 2026. Presenters must ensure that the correct version is submitted, as no revisions will be permitted after submission. Presenters bear sole responsibility for the accuracy, integrity, and language quality of all content presented.

Recommended Slide Structure

To ensure clarity and a professional presentation within the 8-minute timeframe, the following slide structure is recommended:

1 Title Slide Research title, author name(s), credentials, institutional affiliation
2 Introduction / Background Context of the study, statement of the problem, significance, and relevant literature
3 Objectives Research objectives or purpose(s) of the study, clearly and concisely stated
4 Methodology Study design, participants/sample, instruments/tools, data collection and analysis methods
5–6 Results Key findings presented using charts, tables, or figures where appropriate; highlight statistical significance
7 Discussion Interpretation of results, comparison with existing literature, implications for nursing practice and leadership
8 Conclusion & Recommendations Summary of main conclusions, practical recommendations, and directions for future research
9 References Key references cited in the presentation (APA 7th edition format)
10 Thank You / Q&A Closing slide with contact information (email, institution)

 

Formatting & Design Tips

1. Font: Use a legible font (e.g., Arial, Calibri, or Times New Roman). Recommended minimum sizes: titles 28–36 pt, body text 18–24 pt.
2. Content Density: Limit text on each slide. Use bullet points, keywords, and visual elements rather than full paragraphs.
3. Visuals: Include charts, graphs, tables, or images to support your findings. Ensure all visuals are clearly labeled and legible.
4. Animations: Use minimal animations and transitions. Avoid effects that may cause delays or compatibility issues.
