- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Abstract Review Committee according to the conference review procedures, and the submitting author will receive notification of acceptance via email by late April 2026.
- The presenting author is required to confirm their participation by responding promptly to the acceptance notification.
- If the presenting author decides to withdraw the abstract, written notification should be sent to the Secretariat at leadershipconf2026@gmail.com as early as possible.
